MINI BREATHWORK PRACTICE

This is a 15 minute at home breathwork session that you can incorporate into your daily life. Short practices at home are a great introduction if you are not a 'skilled' breather. This will keep you present and still allow you to go deep in a safe space, allowing you to express and release emotions. Breathwork is also a great immune booster.
KUNDALINI HOME PRACTICE

This is a set for everyone! Using the breath and Kundalini kriya to move into a deeper resonance with our heart instead of seeing the world through the lens of the mind. Sound quality and editing on my own sooo...allow for some leeway!
